VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITHOUT A DRIVER 2024
Mr/Mrs., _________________________________________________, passport (ID,TIE):___________________, Driver License ________________, Resident___________________________________________, telephone __________________, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer", on the one hand, and Servoce Y Aleksandra S.L., CIF B54904750, Carrer Casas de Caritas, 5, 03183 TORREVIEJA (Alicante), account ES26 2100 7693 1002 0025 6268, hereinafter referred to as the "Company", have entered into this contract,
1. The Company provides the Customer with a __________________ car for temporary possession and use for a fee, number _____________ for the period from ________ to ___________.
2. The fee for the specified period is ______________________________ Euros.
3. Payment for the rental of additional equipment ________________________ is _________ Euro
4. The fee for additional insurance (CASCO) is _____________________________________Euro.

The car is provided to the Renter clean and in full working order.
The daily mileage allowed for the Customer is 150 km. If the daily mileage exceeds 50 km, the Company additionally charges 50% of the daily rental price, if the daily mileage exceeds 50 km or more, 100% of the daily rental cost is charged

The Customer undertakes to pay (compensate) the following costs to the Company: fines issued for the car during the rental period and damage caused to the car. In case of returning a Car with a smell from smoking in the cabin, the Customer pays a fine of 50 Euro, in the presence of a dirty interior a fine of 10 to 50 Euro, in case of a dirty body a fine of 10 Euro. In case of departure of the Renter outside continental Spain (i.e. to the Balearic Islands or Africa, as well as other countries), the penalty is 1000 Euros.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Provisions not expressly specified in this Agreement shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions of the Agreement on the www.torrecar.com website
