GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS


1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
Clients receive from the Renter the vehicle they rent, described in the Rental Agreement, in perfect working order, with all its documents, tires, tools and accessories, and also undertake to care for it and drive the vehicle in accordance with Traffic Code and the provisions set out in these General Provisions. Before renting a car, the client has the right to independently check the condition of the car.
2. RENTAL TERMS
The rental period is specified in the Rental Agreement signed by the Client and determines the date and time at which the vehicle must be returned. The start time of the rental is determined with an accuracy of no more than 15 minutes and is counted from the exact time when clients rented the car (received the keys to it) until the moment the car is returned with the keys and documents to the office. The complimentary period of time when returning the vehicle is no more than 59 minutes. If the Client decides to terminate the Agreement early, the entire amount paid for the days the vehicle was idle (including taxes) will be retained by the Renter as a penalty. Likewise, in the event that the Renter decides to terminate the rental before the date specified in the Agreement, the Client has the right to receive the amount that was paid for the days when the car was not used (including taxes) as compensation.
3. EXTENDING THE RENTAL PERIOD
Customers must return the vehicle on the date and time specified on the signed Contract Form. To extend the rental period, clients must come to the office and sign an extension document. Contracts generally cannot be renewed by telephone or any other means of electronic communication. The security deposit provided as security cannot under any circumstances be used to extend the rental period. Renter may charge clients for any renewal of the Lease. In the event that the extension of the Rental Agreement is not possible due to unavailability of vehicles or for any other reason, clients must return the vehicle on the agreed date and time to the office. Depending on the terms of the original contract, a new contract may need to be signed when an extension of the rental period is requested. In this case, the new contract will cancel the current contract.
4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING THE CAR
Clients are required to return the rental vehicle in pre-rental condition, along with all its documents, tires, tools and accessories, at the place, date and time specified in the Rental Agreement.
Customers must not modify the vehicle's specifications, keys, equipment, tools and/or accessories, or make changes to its exterior or interior appearance. Otherwise, Clients must pay the costs of returning the vehicle to the condition it was in before rental, without prejudice to loss of income during the period when the vehicle is not available for rental due to its inspection, as well as for any other damage caused by Clients damage.
5. NON-RETURN OF THE CAR
Failure to return the vehicle on the day and time specified in the Agreement entitles the Renter to charge customers for each day of use of the vehicle after it should have been returned, as well as to levy a fine of 10 euros for each day of delay to cover costs and inconvenience of the Renter.
Likewise, returning or leaving the vehicle at a location other than that specified in the Rental Agreement entitles customers to pay:
1) Rental fee for each additional day required to collect the vehicle and return it to the condition in which it was prior to rental, so that it can be rented again
2) €40 as compensation for loss of income, and
3) plus the cost of moving or towing the vehicle, fees, and maintenance and security, as applicable, to the location specified in the Rental Agreement for return vehicle. In the event of the disappearance or non-return of the car, Renter reserves the right to initiate legal action against the Client in the competent authorities of Spain. Unilateral renewal of the Rental Agreement by the Clients will be considered illegal use of the vehicle, in which case the Clients will be liable for any damage caused to the vehicle.
6. INSURANCE AND PROTECTION
Compulsory insurance and civil liability insurance. The rental price includes compulsory car insurance and driver liability insurance in accordance with Spanish law to cover damage to third parties resulting from the use and driving of the vehicle. These coverages are guaranteed and accepted by the insurance company and are subject to the general and specific provisions of the insurance policy and the law. By signing a car rental agreement, customers accept the terms and conditions of this insurance policy, including the amount of insurance coverage, which are available to customers upon request.

7. STANDARD RENTAL CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

1. The daily limit is 100 km per day (total kilometers for the entire period of operation), respectively, every additional 100 km are equal to the cost of daily rental.
2. The deposit for the car is calculated depending on the class of the car, the age of the driver and the total years of driving experience (from 200 euros to 1500 euros).
3. The minimum age of the driver is 20 years, and must have a driver's license issued at least 2 years ago.
4. For drivers from 20 to 25 years old or with driving experience from 2 to 4 years, the deposit for the car increases depending on the class of the car, i.e. from 300 euros to 1600 euros.
5. The deposit provides coverage for possible damage caused by the Lessee to third parties and/or passengers, as well as damage caused by the Lessee to the car if he is at fault.
6.Payment for rental services can be made by bank card, cash, wire transfer to a crypto wallet, transfer in foreign currency (Hryvnia, Rubles)
7. Our company's cars are prohibited from leaving the territorial part of Spain (travel to the Balearic Islands and enclaves in Africa is prohibited).
8. Violation of traffic rules is prohibited.
9.Rent is considered daily from the moment of receipt of the car; the client must return the car to the lessor no later than 59 minutes from the time of day upon receipt.
10. The issued car rental does not have a mandatory connection with any specific car (make, model, color, equipment, etc.), it is associated with a group of cars with similar technical characteristics and level of comfort.
11. if during the term of this agreement a fine is imposed on the car (violation of traffic rules, parking rules, absence or invalid driver’s license and/or other documents, entry into an environmentally restricted zone for a given type of car, etc.) then, the client is responsible for paying the fine, paying for storing the car in the impound lot, paying the costs of returning the car to the place where the rental began, and in addition, an additional 15 euros are charged for the administration of its payment to the administration that imposed it.
12. The Renter reserves the right to cancel the transfer of the car if there are reasonable doubts about the financial solvency of the client, or if there are precedents of non-payment on his part or serious problems in relations with the Renter or other car rental companies. If any deposit was previously paid , it is refundable in full.
8. LIST OF and GROUNDS FOR FINES IMPOSED ON THE CLIENT BY THE RENTER
1. Travel outside of mainland Spain is 700 euros or more.
2. If the car is returned dirty, the Client undertakes to pay for washing the body in the amount of 10 euros, washing the interior of the car is 20 euros or more (depending on the degree of contamination and type of car).
3. Exceeding the speed limit by more than 20 km/h in a given location is monitored by a satellite navigation system (if it is equipped in the car) and is punishable by a fine from the Renter in the amount of 50 euros.
4. Smoking any cigarettes, including electronic ones, is prohibited inside the car.
5. Refueling by the Lessee of a car with fuel other than that provided by the manufacturer is punishable by a fine of 100 euros or more, depending on the amount of work to remove the incorrect fuel and restore the engine and (or) other components of the car.
6. Returning a vehicle more than 59 minutes after the rental contract's stated end time will result in an additional daily amount being charged for each day of delay until the car is properly returned.
